Elite Minds Learning Center  School was born out of 12 years of tutorial services at the home of Miss Sapp. She is a highly-qualified K-8 certified educator that possesses 20 years of teaching experience. She possesses a wealth of experience in the tutorial arena, as well as knowledge of high-stakes testing, the RTI process, and progress monitoring. At Elite Minds, it is our desire to aid your learner in obtaining academic success. We accomplish this by incorporating a variety of assessments, collecting and analyzing data to identify your learner’s specific needs, and by providing quality instructions, excellent resources, while fostering a learning environment where all stakeholders are involved.
